So I train a little heavy for my size: No Pain no gain the heavier you lift the bigger you get but dont ever compromise on quality either, that is how you get hurt here I started only 15 reps with 120kg's or 264 pounds "very lightweight my goal is at least 800 pounds or between 400 - 500KG's
So I cant seem to upload the other images now I will do it in the morning then sorry for the inconvenience but stay posted I will upload all images and give you a little description of it all.
