Iron men from far and wide (and Ladies)

So what’s up my iron Peeps as the season always brings it’s own little flu’s and colds and having kids starting a new own business and working a full 10 hour day generally sets the immune system off slightly but He I’m not complaining

I prefer getting sick early in the cold season makes you stronger for later. Well I have recuperated to some extend and just suffer from immense headaches(NOW) So With my diet (if you followed the blog to some extend I have been on a immense diet ) I lost 15Kg (30 Something Pounds) and A lot of muscle as my training sessions is far and few in-between and very sporadic . but
I started simple again doing shoulder pull ups every night and some bicep curls I do one more exercise every day up to 15 reps and then increase the weight . I am now on 15 Pull-ups, 15 Push Ups, 15 shoulder width Bicep Curls, 15 Close grip Bicep curls. And that’s it for now tonight I will add sit ups. And hopefully in the next two or three weeks I should be up to a full HST Cycle for a few weeks and then push on from there. Other than that I am so motivated and driven to succeed in whatever I do that I really started pushing myself like I haven’t done before. The working late at night on Design projects does curb my enthusiasm slightly but I will prevail. I have to put in a lot of effort for all the years of my life which I somewhat wasted with minor things now on with the big things.

TIP# I went on the internet and searched for a diet that will give you some idea of what you should be eating whilst doing a full HST cycle and I was amazed to see how little I actually eat in comparison to this diet

My Body My Mind

Hello Friends of the barbell I hope you are all doing well I am still sick yes still no training until the little chest stops wheezing it will come sooner than you think I noticed today that I have stayed stale on the last kilo’s I lost. And with that then the end of my Diet I decided to bulk up again and see how far I can go this time I want to add at least another 10-15Kgs or 22-33 Pounds before the end of September I am set for it this time. So to break it up that will mean at least 2Kgs or 4.4pounds per month and as much muscle as possible. Follow my progress and keep pushing the iron rod

Training to a complete halt

So training peeps I am not sure what is happening to me but I am positive, My back ache is immense I can’t breathe properly but Keep my heart strong just below my cortex my whole core section is in pain I am not sure if it is from the cycle accident or maybe an effect of the flu I have decided to postpone all my training efforts until I feel better I have also calculated that for me to go and study what I wish to study that I will require two earn an extra 8000 Rands every month if I wish to complete my studies so that will also take some time my training will still remain one of the main sections in my head but wish me luck and let’s get big (let’s get well first ). So I will update you on on some of my thoughts as the course of the week progresses and I I start to feel better from a little cough and sneeze on my side I bid you a good week ahead and may this week be the one you all gain the most muscle ever, keep pushing the iron.
