Another great session . . .

so hello iron friends sorry for not posting in a while I worked an all nighter the night before last and possibly tonight again However I have been training the new cycle where I do 5 Sets dropping the weight every set slightly I get an amazing Muscle pump in most muscles and my body is definitely crying . . .I am still not training the heavy weight muscles due to the back and neck still being a little fragile but I do train around them for now . .

I will give a big breakdown again of how I do let me first just see how this session or Cycle change is affecting growth and fat burning. . .I am definitely going to start a secondary Cardio session very soon as the fat isn't quite disappearing as soon as I wish and it must obey soon , . .

Yes they are coming along as soon as there is more fat loss and the Bi's peak up a bit more it will be good . . 


This is actually a picture of the night before's legs training and the calve's as seen here is actually starting to define (Something I have been struggling with for quite some time) as all things it seems that perseverance is the answer to all questions . . .

Back is back and on-route again

Hello Iron peeps So my little back niggle is almost a thing of the past still not doing the massive (at least for me) weights on the back yet but doing the other with new found vengeance again I have updated the program in essence all I did is increase the basic HST Based program to 5 Drop sets per exercise to get the pump in the muscles activated and then lowering the Fitness/Cardio part's weight until the body is used to this new intensity and then the fitness sessions will increase as well . . .

Yes I take the exercise rather serious but also enjoy every rep (how ever hard) but all worth it and all in the name of inner pleasure I must admit . . .

The few days off with the back just made tonight training so much worth it and man it is really looking up I think two or three months to go then the fat (yes disgusting fat) will be gone . . .I still have a few wishes to complete before I will start taking it to the next level i.e. Bench and leg work solutions but all in good time . .

So tomorrow will be a bit trying as I have to put some pressure on the back for legs and calves and lats but I am taking it slightly cautious. . .Lets see. . .

some pics of the progress so far (Still needs some size that the hard part) but the fat reduction is getting along slowly but surely and muscle shape is coming along OK. . .still far to go but all in time and with loads of perseverance and Grace from above. . .


Need's load more size on the traps and the cut between shoulder and bicep/triceps needs to bumped up seriously but the new pump filled session should pull out the striations quickly . . .


Biceps are a bit flat tonight but I think they just worked a bit hard . . .But yeah some massive peak work coming up and still not cutting enough flab around them yet (Bicycle coming soon)


Overall Shape is improving well chest needs some serious bench work (still don't have a popper bench solution) all in good time and then the flab around the belly slowly but surely coming down . . .


Yeah Chest needs to be lifted seriously this is starting to become a rather touchy point the chest is lagging due to not being able to train at full range (No bench) but in time . . . I am sure. . .

Disappointing session, down but awaiting healing and getting ready . . .

So people of the raw steel generation so training ended in severe pain tonight halfway through my back just gave in I suppose it was the fact that I spent the whole day yesterday in the car and tried to do to much to make up for it. . .So its not that bad two or three days off then all will be well again It really hits me hard when I get hurt as I want to train and train and train some more but I suppose when the body talks the mind has no option but to follow. . .It has thankfully happened before so I know exactly what to expect and how to get well again its the little muscles surrounding my spine in my lower back they just get over worked and give up leaving the back very weak and in some pain. . .but so now to move on lighten the load again slightly and back to train on Saturday I will however continue to do 3 sets of cardio for each day I cant lift heavy to hopefully still burn off some fat . . .

A little rest over the weekend and tonight back with drive and delivery

So my Iron friends, I had a bit of relaxation over the weekend, went out with some friends have a few drinks to clear my mind of everything that is holding me back and yeah it was good although I have to work extra hard this week to get back my own . . .I still think it was worth it. . .

So back to schedule, I am still working hard on this 2 day split HST cycle with some heavy Cardio work. . .Its been working good so far I have lost loads of fat and not much weight meaning that something is working . . .
So I do Strip Sets Stripping in 2.5Kgs increments four times from my starting off weight as per the program although I have made it heavier a few times, I will post it again tomorrow just to be sure. So I Basically do 4 sets ranging or starting at 10 reps, second doing 12-15 third also doing 12 - 15 and the last set lightest one about 15-20 by then I know the muscles is cooked pumped and nicely worked out. . .then when I complete this I upped the cardio as well I do the whole 2 days split in one Cardio Session using lighter weight IE 10Kgs for the whole body its more for heart fitness than building at all. . .So I now upped it also doing another Cycle again with much lighter weight as well using 5Kgs in the Cardio I only do 20reps first set heavier and then 30 for the light set. I here also increase the weight as my strength increases. . .

Well I hope that this sheds some light on my weird training missions but I have to admit the strength gains and body shape improvements have really been good after the past few months of sticking to intensity and continually training. . .The heavy weight is a bit hard and loads of effort but that is the main focus. . .

The Bicep's and Triceps Shape is really getting better the hardness is improving massively getting rock hard is the goal but slowly but surely its moving along still need to get the peaks up but in time. . .


Shoulder Striations is slowly coming but I'm going to get that fixed very soon trust me. . .


The Muscles don't seem to bulk as well as they should be but I'm sure they will start playing along very soon as I keep increasing the weight and still pushing the cardio sessions all the way . . .

I need to solve my aches

So training went well very well I must say . . .However I had some emotional issues in my life enter the training portal and struggled a bit to keep focus but soon recovered to push harder again. . .Don't let any emotional anything interfere with your training . . . ever so I push on-wards to body bliss. . .My calves cramped a bit today but as soon as the grace of some monies come in I will get some calcium and more multi vits to sort it out well so back tomorrow with some helpful hints and some more training things tonight I am tired so sry some pics and then that's me


Wow what it looks the same as the previous pic of the leg Well yeah my legs really needs loads of attention I haven't trained them properly for like 6 years or so Now get some training in but not like their supposed to yet soon very soon . . .


The little Calve bugger Impressed me quite a bit showing off some separation between all that flab build up definitely an improvement Now to get shredded, shaved and tanned lol not quite yet but soon. . .

Blood sweat and tears is paying off

So people of the iron yes its a hard thing and its hard work but I must say the way i feel better and better after each session is ultimately probably the best thing currently in my life (My kids are No1) but apart from that. . .So every night I train and train and train man its good. . .So in the past i just wanted to get to a point where I was looking good and bulky but now I want to compete one day and make something of all this effort. . .So My first goal is as little flab as possible humanly six pack that are equal to the magic body builders and fitness people (I am dieting) then I want to gain some massive healthy weight and become who I want to be. . .

My goals are simple 120 kgs body weight with a mere 4-6% body fat attainable at my age and my out of shapeness definitely and so can all of you who enjoy this I engage myself pushing hard screaming at myself if I get tired or try and show signs of laziness build work and get results go through the pain go through the emotions defeat the defeat in yourself push and push and push some more . . .

I am now nearing 80% of my effective drive and power I am not going to update my effectiveness again as I believe I cannot reach 100% ever for I don't ever want to stop so harder and fitter from now on until I am at my goal and then my next goal will be heavier stronger more defined so I march on. . .


The diamond shape is slowly creeping out from under all that flab  . . .Lower chest needs to lift more and shoulders come on well it just means your going to have to work harder and harder again . . 


Wow I have never had a vein stand out on my arm Its the first signs of improvement and now I will hunt that improvement with reckless abandon . .


Yeah its hard work to flex those bi's especially after a hard few sets on them but its definitely getting more appealing no where close to what is the standard and far from what I want it to be but I will just have to push more and more . . .


Front Shoulders are showing little bit here mmm come on grow bro


Wow waist line you're in deep dudu those little hints of muscles starting to show at the top are going to be chased and chased and chased and you little body is gonna show that with pride in the very near future for I will slaughter every inch of metal I can find until I see you show me your fullness and hardness. . .

This Weeks Updated Schedule

So If you can see here the weight has increased quite a bit since we started and only on some exercises that is due to the unfortunate lack of equipment of finances which I am also working hard on fixing please bare with me as I continue through this little part of frailness in that department. . .

However I am not one to quit easily so I will continue to push as hard and as heavy as the equipment I have will allow . . .


Well Lets see how we can get this done this week and improve it as much as possible for next week . . .

Raw Aggression, and Drive to push harder and faster. . .

So as you all know I have some issues in my life that has affected my whole being in a very weird way, and its been a struggle and after a very emotional distressing weekend I had to just get something out of my body . . .So I got myself super psyched and very angry up-to a level of explosive power. .

and wow what a difference I really got the body shocked by just adding weights to the program making it heavier and get angry and driving myself harder and harder and harder and wow what a difference I jumped my training to probably 5-10kgs heavier per exercise and I will now continue on this aggressive training mentality get it done fast and it keeps you focused I channeled all my hurt and negativity into pure drive and man what a drive I will upload my schedule tomorrow with the new weights and cycle . . .

So going for (My) Inhuman Training I am using all the weights the bar can handle and cant clip it otherwise I have to lose 10Kgs so bench is up (still need better one soon)


Chest seems to slowly lift, and is that I lat I see there in the back trying to show itself m m m


As usual Biceps are flat due to being very tired but the size is increasing and some more cardio and the striations will show bigtime . . .


Argh Sides are still flabby yet chest is lifting there in the background . . .


Feeling good after a no remorse training session and completing all my goals man it feels good to be putting in the hard yards . . .


Leg day today and yes I can lift the weight over my head as I go heavier now (No Squat rack) But I have a weird squat method and it seems to be working I am now pushing the legs training weight up big time 95Kgs Squat (its light I know)


Cant seem to capture the improvement her but its really changed a bit and starting to push out also doing much heavier weight here . . .


No its not an edgy photo its pure disgust as I have to continuously try and curb the last layer of fat around my midsection Yes its disgusting and I am doing everything in my power to get rid of it now I am also going to start a second cardio session to see if I can curb it somehow . . .

Hard work pays off

sorry for not updating every day the past week it's been very hectic but the training has been very good I am currently running at possibly between 75 and 80 percent, i am still pushing hard every session and my body is starting to really show signs of improved strength, I up the weights and really push hard I want to still push harder and harder and harder and more but i am also at the same time listening to my body it does complain slightly now and then . . .My left arm is acting up slightly again but within limits  . . .

so from the last roster I posted I have update the cardio side of my training to doing 20 reps only and increasing the weight to 10kg's a side for it and its still providing me with some sweat and loads of glorious agony . . .in the heartbeat department soon to add cycling in there just to make sure I get better and ripped more . . .Soon . .

Upper body is improving slowly but surely the new heavy weights is definitely having a massive impact now to get used them and up it again soon another week to go and then up a level lets see what happens . . .


Front shoulder is trying to say something cant hear it yet but it's starting to come out a lot


Chest and arms is looking up but belly man it's looking bad so for some more ab effort from tomorrow onwards


Lats' is slowly coming up got some thickness but no width working on it trust me . .


Cant say much for my legs neglect has left then in a horrible state and I am trying to work them harder and harder every day . . .

If the mind can persist the body will follow

Today I had a very hard and physical day, my body was replensihed and I thought that training can wait, but then I remembered my dream a dream of looking good feeling great and making an impact in others lives and so I set aside the mental illness of unwillingness and pushed onwards I completed a great session massive pump and complete cardio and I must say I am happy with the results if I can give one tip it would be to drive your dreams with recless abandon if your heart says go your mind must follow and follow and if your dream is somewhat what mine is your body will follow too trust me. . .


My Tattoo seems to be taking a bit of a stretch here but its all ok soon to be covered as my arm reaches 22" like the pros (dream big) but pumped and starting to show a little


The Muscles are getting a lot stronger now but they seem to only increase in density now not so much bulking up but with time "Density is good too"


Still not getting that perfect split between shoulders and arms but working on it desperately. . .



Tricep size is definitely gaining little by little until one day I will have those perfect horse shoe tri's

Yet another great session

So Another great session completed this time it was the legs turn to be burnt a bit they are still slightly wobbly and will hopefully allow me some movement tomorrow lets hope and see still training them rather light but will get equipment as soon as possible for at least . . .So getting ready for tomorrow big day hard work, hard training and more work Trying to fill my life as to not get distracted from my true goals. . .

Yeah cardio is a definitely the best slow killer for body fat\, working that fell cells until they decide they don't wanna stay any more is the only way I look at it


Calves look terrible no shape yet low on size and now tightness but working on it trust me


Upper leg is showing some minimal definition, I think I'm going to build some leg machines first and make sure these legs gets some proper training in


cant say much for the belly except that all in good time i will keep posting it until it is gone as it is disgusting really if I have to guess its probably like 3-4 cm's of fat around that waist that still needs to be incinerated and fast I cannot handle the fat mission sweat and fitness every day until it disperses.

Good update and new schedule and some info

Ok People of the Iron, so yes I am finally at possibly 75% of where I should be and steadily climbing, I have altered my program slightly and I am working harder and increasing effort. . .yes loads of effort. . .I still have the belly but will show you how much I have actually lost the past few months soon. . .

So as you all know I train on some HST Principles I have now reached some level where I can share my weights(IN KILOGRAMS SORRY) I use (not proud yet) but its getting heavier now so worth sharing. Below is my basic plan for next week it looks like little and a lot but its not the main exercises I work on a drop sets mentality i.e. I train with a heavy weight until failure then drop 5kgs or so then again till failure and then drop another 5kgs until failure then onto the next one. . .The thermogenics I am using makes me really sweat by then so when I have done that and Im actually quite blown I start with a quick Cardio based session high rep light weight full run down of the old program and yes all in all I finish in about an hour to hour and 15-20minutes. . . so with that all in mind I have to say it makes me suffer slightly but the results will show . . .Lets see from the pics as they come every now and then. . .


So with the program there I have been using it now for 4 training sessions and must say it feels pretty good to me know will have to see what happens next week as I engage fully into it. .

So as for yesterdays session went well and the body is getting a lot more "PUMPED" on the new program I must say so Friday's Pics


Yes the main reason why I included some Cardio is to get that belly flab going No shape No striations nothing its no good like that 


Arms look a little weak here


Belly is down considerably however I haven't been watching what I eat the past week will commence with a massive session on eating in next week


Fore arm Muscle feeding veins starting to develop slowly


Hand strength has increased tremendously its an amazing feeling how things get easier in everyday life as the strength gains start to build. . .

Then on to tonight which was a wonderfulness session (I love Upper body) My lower body needs some TLC but tonight was great. . .great "PUMP" and massive effort really pushed hard tonight and with the new weight increases I think I crushed a couple of cells into submissive states tonight always room for improvement but its slowly getting there. . .

Bi's was very tired and couldnt even flex at all very wasted


Fore Arms wasn't trained and even they suffered a bit showing signs of muscular slaughter needs some size there


Muscle Thickness seems to improve I can only guess that the density has improved Quite a bit but still needs loads more work


Oh dear what is that Triceps are now on heavier weights and I am sure they will be slaughtered they were also pretty tired here


I think I have small Shoulder syndrome the grow slightly and are a lot better than before but man those deltoids needs to be dealt with. . .The heavier weight should have a big impact on them lets see
