So My body builder fans and training peeps I started to do some cardio work as well can you believe it done two training sessions and some cardio Hectic I did a 45 mins bicycle ride at about 40 km/h all the way what a sweat I still feel good I am now going to do this every second day to see how that effects my belly keep checking in and I will show you my progress the weekend holds lots of good training in for me and hopefully allot of photos for you to check I also want to start doing some videos for you all soon
