Slowly creeping back into action

With time still being the biggest issue in sorry for not posting at all the last week (My work is very Busy)my life at this time I slowly busy creeping back into time I am going to do a killer session again soon and want you to be there so I will take some pics check in tomorrow and I will post my stories to you thanks

Kids eish

So as you all know by now I have three kids and if one of them is sick the training is down the drain My baby has been sick and we had some late night around him to get him healthy again (He is still little bit sick) My wife more than I but it still affects one training schedule so I am a week behind schedule but will get back in Quickly I am going to try and push a set or two in tonight will keep you guys posted.

Getting FIT

So My body builder fans and training peeps I started to do some cardio work as well can you believe it done two training sessions and some cardio Hectic I did a 45 mins bicycle ride at about 40 km/h all the way what a sweat I still feel good I am now going to do this every second day to see how that effects my belly keep checking in and I will show you my progress the weekend holds lots of good training in for me and hopefully allot of photos for you to check I also want to start doing some videos for you all soon

Training Day Has Arrived

So Hello Guys what I did was I knew this morning was going to be too tough to train so I trained last night, It was no mission at all I only trained my biceps tough as I get into the thing I will increase and condense the training so what did I do last night. I am trying to expand my muscle size and density at this moment whilst cutting down on FAT; I am very FAT (I have to motivate myself to get better results)

So for my Biceps what I did I started with light weight to get the muscles pumped and full of blood So I did a set with 10Kgs (22 Pounds) and 60reps so then the blood was nice and flowing and the muscle was relatively pumped. So I started my real working set with 40Kgs (80Pounds) doing 15 Reps for one set then; My second actual working set I did with 50Kgs(100pounds) I could only push out 7 reps but at least I am working. For my final Set I used 60Kgs (120+ Pounds) and did an amazing 7 reps again, I had worked very hard at this stage. In between each heavy set I do some dumbbell curls with light weight just to make sure I don’t lose the pump so I do 30 per side with 5Kgs(11pounds) not very heavy but keeps the blood pumping So today I will have to start with my triceps and bench or vice versa or just triceps or just bench depends on my body. Remember I am only starting again after another long rest but I will push it out .

My Toe a week ago

NOT FOR SENSITIVE VIEWERS

So body freaks I feel alive and you I can walk run train anything I have a bit of a cough but who cares that’s not going to stop me I have started training very slowly but effectively so far working calves fore- arms and some fitness Monday morning I want to start with a 200% New body so follow me and let’s see.

So if you are faint hear ted here is the infamous toe for you all

The piece of nail is all that's left of the toenail the doter removed like a 3mm by 6mm piece on the far sire and that was the not in pain side as you can see the closer side is still swollen from the ingrown nail well all fixed now and ripe as rain

Misjudging the power of the toe

Hello guys so yes I have been for my op and I took some pics last night when I took the covering off last night it looks a lot more painful than what it is I will upload the pics for you tonight so you can see I have to warn you it is pretty disgusting but OK I still can’t really walk properly and hope to get there very soon Somehow it even feels like I trained myself not to walk properly sad but fixable Lets see I haven’t trained this morning just not feeling good enough yet I am trying to push myself mentally to a new level but the body just doesn’t want to play along The cold has a very adverse affect on my hand which should have been fine by now the blue is gone but the swelling remains slightly it only hurts when I use it over wide grips like holding the camera hurts I haven’t yet taken any heavy weight with it I was so tempted this morning but I decided to just give it one more day maybe I will give it a shot tonight and see how it copes So from a sore footed me watch out for the pics tonight

I also just want to give a big thanks to the Doctor who did the little procedure (He showed me what he’s taken out) Nice job apart from the little pain and sensitivity, the other pain I was feeling which was more than I have now is gone completely and I think the manner in which he operates and his whole being was very cool. Thanks Dr Louie, if I ever have to get another stinging operation like this you will definitely be the first on my mind
