Training getting better again

So the back is now almost constantly sore but I am coping and I have been working around it very much now and the exercises and cardio is almost back to a normal level again . . (No legs and back training yet ) but all in good time . . .

I will update the new program tomorrow as I continue to work it out (still very weird)

Muscularity improving slowly but surely


Shaping up still needs loads of work and more size but on track


Shoulder is showing up a little needs more cut between chest shoulder  . . .hard work coming up. . .


Neck (Traps) growing slowly will have to do some hard work in that department. . .
