So I do Believe things are looking up

Well there we go that's more like it, the weight is still to unimpressive to mention but the dedication si really starting to come through and I am glad that I am going at it each day its been a while that I was so focussed, I do however have a huge issue with my belly its loads smaller but man does it bother me now so I will have to in my mind do a massive cardio session every day as well where and how I am not sure yet  but its definitely coming soon, I made a little make shift bench which doesn't allow to bench my usual heavy weights but soon I will be back up and running I hope at least. . .

The intensity has doubled so if I said i was at 30% a last week I would say currently operating at 40 - 45% of where I want to be there is still a few issues in the working that need settling. . .Like for instance smoking what a bad habit and man can I Smoke but yes it is standing between me and my goals so it will have to go I'm going to stop smoking on Friday or when the cigarettes run out which ever comes first. . .

I will not replace it with eating this time but rather sit ups and push ups except you cant do sit ups and push ups when ever you want but will find a few different outlets . . .


My Little make shift bench thing not as great as my old bench used to be but hey this one feels loads safer


Not Much changed since yesterday but i think as time goes along these will be a great guide to the changes and effects as they occur . . 


The Pecs are slowly starting to lift up again after they were looking near droopy still a long way to go but I am pleased with the minute results just on getting back to the shape I was in and pushing the weights like before yet just without the belly fat


Yes yes I am working on these fore arms needs loads of mass and even more so does the Bi/tri combination

Great good and bad

So after a relaxing weekend I started the training again today (Mon - Thu) yet I am now convinced to not take a day off at all as tonight was a true struggle. . .However I feel great for continuing with the training I feel good for training but I feel bad for the terrible  shape I allowed myself to be in lol, So with that I will continue to pursue the heavier weights and run after the little bulk I can regain quickly without the belly fat. . .Again in the bath tonight I was rather disgusted at my belly fat and am really worried about it time to get a bicycle or something concrete to sweat the Sh@t off. . .


So the arms width is slightly better yet nothing to write home about or blog for that matter but hey this keeps me going I am definitely getting a lot more ripped also nothing to write home about but he I've explained already OK


Although a lot of Bicep thickness is gone it peaks better so far and the fore arms are also starting to slowly show that its training again maybe in a month or so there will be some noticeable striations 


Yes I agree definitely needs more work

This weeks training is up and running and doing very well

Hello Peeps of the iron and the push and drive to ultimate fitness and supreme strength, Well its been a good week for training so Far I have done 3 successive days and I must say that the intensity has been slowly increased to a space where I am now doing 2 sets per body part per session, still training basic HST started out a bit light so I wont mention exercises nor weights but will soon. .I would guess that my fitness is still hovering around 40% and that intensity is gearing up to about 45% and should within the next two weeks of hard training go up considerably. . .I am still a bit short on some training facilities and requirements but will soon either acquire or build my own. . . Below is some pics just to sort of keep track of the happenings or not

Ultimately My goal for this year has been a lot different than in the past: Loose the fat and cut . . .So Its starting to happen at a rather slow-ish rate I have dropped from being 98Kg's to possibly 75Kg's since January (Its slow but consistent) and I wish to ultimately turn around 60Kg's which is very lite for me but with no fat and then from there build on some muscle no more fat I know I hate fat too, and for far too long have I lived with the massive belly


The Belly fat has considerably gone down and the muscles are slowly starting to shape up


Wow altough I have lost an enormous amount of size the split between Bi and Tri is almost showing- nothing to be proud of yet but busy getting there


Shoulders are still very weak wow terrible pic but at least it will encourage me loads to work harder and harder and harder


My Bench Oh how I miss thee, I will have to build a bench mission with stationery car jacks and some welding to ensure that Mr Chest don't get left behind


I am very thankful that the heart is still with me and ticking everyday to pursue my sometimes strange dreams but yes alive and kicking and yes shaving most of my bear off helped loads in just feeling slightly more defined, cant wait for warmer weather to have the top shortened again and remove some unwanted body hair its just too cold for those desires currently

Getting there

So hello Peeps of the Iron I hope you all have had a great training week so far i missed yesterday as i was just to stressed overworked under payed what ever you want to call it I was just a bit burnt out but I cam back tonight to get back on track so today's session was a little closer than the sessions I was used to except I need to increase intensity now and then start adding massive poundage's to put the cherry on the top Still not worth posting I estimate that I will be back to a normal regime by next week tomorrow I will start increasing the volume and see how it (Breaks) works for me

So with my newest life struggle I have lost an tremendous amount of weight even my face is starting to cut, No just kidding the training is currently still in beginning face but i can still feel that I trained yet barely feeling great about it yet. . .Maybe if the cold goes away i will get a decent haircut and maybe I will feel better then. . .even possibly a shave and some African sun tan


yes definitely needs loads of attention those little skinny fore arms man they need to be damaged by some intense lifting


No Sorry not quite touching my nose so a little bit more intensity and loads more weight coming next week

Getting Back to a better minded me

So Peeps of the iron and pushing harder each day I hope you are well, I again trained with not quite the intensity I am supposed to the smoking and flu is still holding me back a bit. I will have to stop smoking in pursuit of my goals, I trained a bit better tonight but again not worthy of posting here. I will build slowly each day this week and hopefully next week be on a level where I can train the whole way through a complete session I feel that my heartbeat and lung capacity isn't quite up to speed yet after the flu or virus or whatever they call it. . .So bare with me will have some good updates again shortly. . .

Again some new pics of the training again please its merely to track my progress in no way are these anything to look up to yet. . .

So yes here the definition is slowly coming but I have obviously lost a lot of thickness due to under performance by the Bi's I've started hitting the biceps slightly harder the past two sessions and I think the results will soon start to show I hope. . .Shoulders are still very small but at least its starting to show a little maybe a year from now Ill look at these pics and laugh at the futile re-beginnings


The Traps are looking OK for now I will have to just increase the resistance quite a bit as I am building up again it will increase with time and loads of effort which I will gladly do. . .As for back and lower back coming soon no real effort in those departments as of yet. . .


My pectoral line is almost coming out yet I still also have not yet quite made a plan for a bench again however it does concern me as my Pecs used to be one of my biggest assets now merely a little shade soon to be filled again I promise. . .


I think that the bi-tri link needs a lot of attention in not only shape but trimming the cavity to get that ripped look very soon. . .and maybe a haircut while I'm looking at LOL


Yes the fore arm has suffered severe neglect over the past year and was a forgotten piece of the puzzle for quite a while soon to be updated with a thicker more shapely unit and bulging coming very soon as quite big priority. . .I think Clips are needed again to just help them along nicely. . .


So peeps its not far into the week and I already feel like improvements are happening i wish to start with a little Cardio again soon again still no plan for a cycle or anything so for now I will stay with HST methodology but include a quick morning session to ensure that the fat burning also goes well and as soon as I include the legs and abs everything will be a small step in he right direction.

I am still slightly weary of doing legs due to my ill behave lung capacity and struggling heart rate but in good time this week by end of the week early next week I think things will definitely start happening again I am pushing harder and harder each day for more to be achieved. . .

Little beginnings


After little flu time off and I can feel my body has taken quite a blow it is rather distressing how far everything falls when you have flu for two weeks . . .Well the lungs opened up during the day apart from me sitting around contemplating most of the time, I finally got up to work out the last little bit of the flu and it felt great I have to admit not up to standard but definitely a good starting point again. . .I really only did my upper body not even worth mentioning what i did and it resulted in a good 20 mins start up to get back into action. . .

Traps again starting to show a little intention of coming out and making known its muscle I think that it can possibly be the best asset of my arm but everyone including me is just mesmerized by biceps so obviously they received more attention


My Chest have been lagging for way to long now yet I still have no solution for a bench yet as my space is still very limited. . .All in good time yet it better happen soon as size is the main goal here and any diminishing of that might have negative effect. . .


Belly is slowly shrinking away gladly!! still loads to go. . .


Oh you little bicep its time to get a wake up cal but now after the flu has gone it will return to a higher state I beleive

Out from the cold

So Hello Iron freaks and fans . . .I have been sick for the past week, very sick so training was stopped due to fear of getting pneumonia, But the chest is starting to clear up fast and hopefully by next week we can continue our pursuit of size and power back soon. . .
