No push no pain no glory. . .get angry

It is not that we don't try and that we don't want to achieve we just sometimes forget what it is that we need to push for the past few training sessions I had to push harder and harder and I know I am working out if every set and every reps seems like a mission and when my mind is crying to stop but my heart drives on screaming for more then I know I am getting there. . .So set your mind up get angry push hard and break those barriers down. . .set your mind on your goals visualize your sessions outcome and drive through the sets do it well do it focused and force the growth you deserve break the barriers and live out your destiny. . .


Who's that skinny boy in the reflection there come on man Time to drive more weight push harder get the veins pushing blood like high pressure valves let the heart pump uncontrollably let the muscles work grow and be stronger 


Some days the pics depress me more than anything at all as i sometimes wonder some days they look bigger other days they look smaller today is a smaller looking day next upper body session i will be increasing the weight and intensity they must GROW !!!


The Dumbbells is talking the shoulder growth language it seems more volume than the last pics and I can definitely feel the burn after each session but i am afraid that it is nothing impressive yet and they will be punished for their lack of size in the next session also increasing weight here next session


what Tri-Ceps I don't even see them what is this some kind of a joke really for the sweat they caused this is the best showing they could make I am sorry but they will be punished harder and harder until they fall into place!! No Option out just more and more 

Ok iron peeps I will go back to the training drawing board and see how to deal with these lacking muscles they all seem to need a good whipping I tried hard tonight to destroy them but they are still moving every session I push and pull as much as possible to get them to lift strain and grow but I think it is time to increase the weight again a bit...So have yourselves an awesome night train hard give it your all if it is what you want if not do any way its way more fun chasing size than getting comfortable with meaningless reps . . .make each rep count each set stand out . ..You Can do it!

And so the second phase arises. . .

Hello iron friends well after a few days off last week, and not being pushed back too much I had time to reflect and chop and change the program again slightly. . .As usual. . .I am no no more training with the bar on shoulders and biceps as it causes to much strain on the lower (fused) back vertebrae  . .What ever I still train hard I had to go down with some weight a bit just to get the back . . .back into its comfort zone. . .however I am again back on track and training sessions is flowing right out again the intensity is going up again . . .but would still need some work. . .As for the dietary issues I discussed last week. . .mmmmm I guess for now I will just continue on the same old path as before not to gain too much fat as it is very hard to get rid of it I am however trying to cut some more. . .I now walk around each day with two ankle weights to increase the legs tension holding ability. . .it is working . . .

so I still train HST as always have not yet had the heart to let go of it I still do 5 sets per body part in a two day split I have started with some light half heart'ed cardio again (Intensity will increase soon) and I am looking at investing in a stair climber or something soon . . .I am eating a bit more but minimal so lets see what happens I will add some eggs into the daily mix soon (whites)

I am also looking hard at working fore arms now and shoulders with the new dumbel approach and no more bar it seems to be working the shoulders much harder (They actually shy away when I approach the weights) little buggers they will still get whats coming to them. . .My mind is also in a better place than the past few weeks so I feel good and readier for each training session. . .

I will keep you posted as the sessions continue on-wards I am again looking at training 6 days/session in succession and then one rest day Sunday if possible. . .

Vascularity is getting slightly better slowly but surely


Top belly is shaping up slowly but lower bit is still in dire need of more burn and sweat but all in good time I will start the next phase this week increase back into cardio sessions again and hopefully soon some propper sweat machine will arrive at my doorstep. . .step step  and one more step lets see. . .

Well Until next time I will keep pushing hard and harder I am looking into a better diet plan as the flabs not coming off fast enough so lets see . . .possibly i should be looking at another fat burner in the nect two or three months or what ever. . .

back again. . .

Well Hi there friends freaks and pre pro's Well it is a sad day for me again yet I am still fueled, again the back acted up (my Fused vertebrae)  yeah I think I overdid the throwing weights over my shoulders to train shoulders a bit or perhaps the lazy dead lifts to do traps not sure so again I am off for a while. . .however i did curb my negative surroundings by getting two iron (not plastic coated again they break) dumbel  bars. . .

And yes I did some HST Based cardio no back no abs no minimal legs to allow Mr fused vertebrae to relax I promise. . .So this week is remarkable the halfway way mark of my heavy cycle diet wise and I haven't really upped my diet much however I did let the cardio go a bit (Lazy bones) . . .However I picked up 2 Kilos solid weight jippee now 12 to go before year end . . . not a very huge goal but remember I do it naturally so it makes it slightly harder . . I have two options Either I go on a mass bulking session and try and gain about 30 not so healthy kilo's in the next six months and trim down the fat again in the last six months or i continue to gradually gain 2 kilo's month by month I am not yet fixed on a outcome yet the bulking sounds fun but the 6 months intense super cardio afterwards doesn't sound so good. . .(Reptilian brain speaking lol) however if I decide to bulk up I am not sure how I would do it this time (Last year this time i weighed in at a whopping flabby 105 and dropped throughout the last six months to 81) so I think I can do it again . . .Well I wil still ponder on it a bit. . .The back mmmm that is another issue to consider if I bulk and do only mass heavy training I might run into some more issues due to my limited equipment as I can guarantee you that I will gain massive power. . .) but I don't know. . .

For now I am just taking the rest of this week slowly . . .Damn back! . . .And I promise by Saturday I will have a plan maybe a bit of both gradual increase with more bulk based eating sounds interesting. . .

Mmmm Not Convinced that it is indeed improving New dumbells added to the equation might change this a bit more thickness It definitely needs more thickness. . .(Is that Elbow sticking out so much natural?)


Skinny wrists and fore arms needs way more volume . . .


Look at those little veins trying to impress what ever heart as soon as I am well your gonna wish you didn't do such a small growth . . .


Shoulder is improving little by little I must say but fore arms is such a let down they are going to get slaughtered I am not happy there!


That weird Elbow bone again really . . .Fore arms need some serious intensity. . .


Wow what a wasted shot I will have to get someone to take back pictures I cannot comment will get someone to do some back shots and hopefully be able to comment soon. . .


Triceps is coming across as very lazy lately not nearly as much improvement as the biceps in the same time I do wright it off to not having the right equipment to fully utilize the tri's and the elbow joint soreness doesn't help either. . .

So OK Peeps I will relax until about Saturday and feel the back out then and hopefully be able to start working again on the poor pics next week. . .no real schedule change as of yet but Monday I will have an updated diet I promise. . .

Truthfully un-afraid . . .

Hello friends of the iron rod and the heavy weight club, I am still getting there some massive results in the training again tonight . . .fueled for magnificence, engaged to empower my mind body and soul. .

I have been training focused and with reckless abandon for the past 7 months (the 9 years before doesnt count as it was not on the same level) and I learned that there is no match for the mind it is not only your best weapon in the weight room but also your worst enemy it can betray you make you fall and let you falter but once you learn to deliver small blows in your destinies favor it will slowly become part of your dreams and work with you. . .So controlling your mind is possibly the biggest challenge in any training effort. . .Work hard to beat your best day in day out . . .Jay Cutler, Ronnie Coleman, Kai you pro's better watch out I am small now but I'm coming for you all I will stand out like a mountain on my path towards my destiny. . .I am not afraid of failing in pursuit to become more of what I dream to be and less like my inner me. . .The tables are set now I must obey my soul and challenge my mind to drive the weight control the growth and fulfill my childhood dreams. . .

So the training is increasing the weight is getting lighter (Ronnie "Light weight baby") and size will soon follow suit. . .


More vascularity required train heavier More repetitions and more NO to push the volume size and peaks up. . .


Chest line needs more definition and Lats needs more spread come on !


Shoulder is lagging growth triceps needs more lift work harder work more effective and push harder. . .


Not quite a pass on the pen test yeah. . .the day you crush it between your pecs is the day my mind will have more respect than doubt for you (Doing 135kg's -140-145 By Month End. . )


More volume come on Doing 60kg should be on 80-100 already lagging behind get with it . . .

Ok Peeps enjoy the push and enjoy the drive every moment broken after giving it your all is well worth the effort in attaining the goals of sculpting a better frame . . .

Slowing down slightly but still going strong

So my life took a little change the past few weeks forcing me to take it slightly slower (More priorities to fit in) but all still on track for reaching out and giving everything my all. . .

You have to be willing to give it your all no matter how much time you are able to spend if you push hard, rive the process and focus from session to session you will prevail definitely. . .I am doing two sessions now day 1 upper body and day 2 lower body 5 sets of each muscle group and abs every day. . .for 6 days with one day rest. . .still chasing the heavy weights but suffering from severe joint pains. . .(maybe its growing or expanding pains lol) well lets see where we can get to this way. . .may you all have a great training week onward. . .


fore arm needs more thickness and more vascularity. . .


Biceps needs more thickness, triceps needs more size  and definitely need more vascularity and volume. . .


Slowly but surely coming along needs more size and loads more maturity. . .


More cardio and more cardio and more cardio


Bi volume, tri volume and fore arm needs more size . . .

The next month I will be focussed on adding some size and volume. . . Have an iron magical day peeps

Welcome 2013 and some reflection

So today I take on my first training session of 2013 it has changed again I have now upped the sets to 5 Sets per exercise due to some muscles not working with me all the way and some not working as hard as other now they must all suffer . . . But OK whilst it being the first post of this 2013 let’s do a quick recap of the last year and look into the new things for the next year. . .


I started last year off as normal not training nearly as much as I should and with very little focus as for the past 8-9 years with no real results but for a little bulk I got from eating way too much . . . I weighed in at an amazing 105 kilo’s by the beginning of 2012 and that wasn't all muscle, I was still trying to eat myself stronger. . At that stage although I have always known better it was just better that way. .So as the months started unfolding and I was subdued to some massive cardio work (not training) I actually dropped the kilo’s very fast yes very fast I was down to 85 kilos by March. I then started training again with more focus every day (not that heavy) but I was back on the training . . . 

And from there grew and grew in intensity and drive . . . and did I drive it  I have since gone down to 75 kilo’s and then started gaining some muscle again and are currently on 83-85 (I still don’t have my own scale so I’m guessing) I must admit that this is the best shape I have ever been in except for when I started at 22 and I was bulking but at that age who doesn't look in shape yeah. . .Well So that was the year I am stronger than I have ever been I am pushing heavier weights than ever before ever yes ever (Ok Maybe not my legs (Again when I was 22) but yeah. . .So with the past year done I came second in a bench press competition (nothing serious nor professional) but I enjoyed it.

So what’s up for the next year . . .You wouldn't believe me if I say that in the next year I want to completely engage in the process I wish to improve my sessions going heavier and heavier (with less niggles and injuries) but I wish to add 120kg (on the training) i.e. I am currently benching 135 at 10 reps and wish to increase it by 10 kilo’s per month which will end up at 230 Kg bench (Now that’s something ) I will have to see if the bones will take it and the mind can handle it (I can’t count that high yet lol) but I will also be happy if I can reach the halfway mark in my drive to reach that level. . .So for the training I plan on going heavy this year. . .very heavy. .

Here is my current and then goals for the next year in training weight wise. . .



Goodness it seems easily do-able if you think it is only 2.5 kilo’s per week increase but when looking at the end result it seems massive so like I said going to push for it with all my heart, all my soul and everything I have within me with whatever I can to achieve it I would have to get some help from equipment as I feel rather concerned doing shoulder press with 170 kilo’s (that’s heavy) without proper aid of equipment but let’s see and also I will allow myself to default (not easily) to the 6 month mark but below that is unacceptable. 

So that is it, my dream to one day step on a stage of some sort for some elicit trophy or something and this is part of the route there so I will do what I can follow my progress and let’s see if it is humanly possible and naturally possible. I believe that it can be achieved if I give it my all (you don’t want to see what that translates to in a year after) but let’s cross that bridge when we get there I say. . .
