The last two or three weeks has been quite horrendous my mind just wasn’t ready for all the *%$# that has gone on in the last three or so weeks so I have not trained and are slowly starting to get my mind right again Like I have posted before you have to make sure your mind is in the right place. I started slowly the day before yesterday and hopefully will be back after the sickness by next week not to 100 percent efficiency yet but at least 50-70% let’s see.
I also started building my own little outside heavy weights for my Biceps I have used two Garage Door Weights (26Kgs [57.5Pounds]) Each so it’s a bit of a strain now but working like a dream with a short bar see how I’m sweating here doing my arms with my new found 52Kgs (114 Pound) Bicep thriller.

Training Peeps the metal will start pounding next week
So as the doctor always warns me you need to take two weeks off after being sick before you start training again so this is my second week off I am starting soonest. So I have started building myself some homemade gym equipment to help me reach my goals as soon as possible. I will post some pic’s when it is all done.

Building up to new Levels of Training
So My training freaks and peeps I have now lost a total of 15Kg’s since I started the water diet I do feel very small but will continue until my belly is gone I have been sick for some time now and haven’t had the energy or need to train I am almost back to 100% and getting myself ready to start the training thing from next week Monday again. (You know it’s not healthy training when you have Bad Flu) Let’s see how it goes and I’ll keep you all posted
