yeah training Again . . .Wow what a difference

So After my Elbow injury and the week off sick, I did a bit of thinking and decided to split my training session in two as it was a bit hectic and decided in the time i would have done the second half I will do a bit of light weight cardio . . .Man what a killer firstly I cant even lift the lightweight properly after doing the first half but it works like a charm . . .I trained myself into almost fainting today . . .but man its good to be pushing the iron again I upped the weights again and its making a massive impact. . .I'm still shaky and light headed what a session. . . .Almost at a place where I can start naming the exercise and the weights I use on my way back up. . .


Tonight I had the best "Pump" I had in a while muscles was nice and full after the training session and it felt good like I havent felt this good in a while definately still requires loads of work but on the right track . . .


Still needs a lot peak work on the Bi's and to lift that frontal shoulders quickly


The Fore arms are showing their intention of springing forth and making an effort


Upper chest is slightly flat but starting to get into motion I got a new mission for the bench and I could start training heavy tonight and it felt loads better


Lats is going to cry tomorrow as they are hiding here


Hopefully I will have some abs to show soon I am also really working on that belly fat . . .

Down with the sickness

OK So just as I was picking up steam I got sick and badly but I'm back to almost 100% recovery and will start training as normal again tomorrow no flu and no joint pains maybe the rest was well deserved but the muscles have grown weary of the no use . . .So till tomorrow then we shall do the iron push towards a better self and more body to show in the summer. . . .

And so the training continues

So Week 5 Since I Started again after a very long and dismal on off (more off than on) break, and thanks to some cool Competition I now have some supplements to aid me (thanks to the http://www.ssnonline.co.za/ and http://www.bodyguru.co.za/ peeps awesome) So I'm set for two months (Will use it very sparingly lol) but OK So before the weekend I hurt my elbow left side and tonight after I completed the training I am having the same pains in the right side Maybe just a case of mind over matter maybe not sure yet. . .Yes the wight is coming up so starting to train heavier not even close to naming weights again but give time all will prevail, and I am now getting back into the habit of eating a bit more. . .and I've cut sugar considerably. . .still not that healthy yet but all in good time . . .for now I am just focusing on habitising the training if that makes sense lol.

So intensity I would have to say is currently running around 50% and overall back to where I was i think strength-wise I am at 30-35% and size mmmm 25-30 kilos to go and to reach the goal still a bit more . . .but I am just happy that I could have continued with HST training for almost 2 months now and I am still functioning (Only the elbow joints)

and I still need a bench and now I am going to build my own squat machine as well cause my legs are just suffering  . . .My Program is still the same as previously mentioned yet the weight has increased slightly and i MEAN slightly . . .

yes small very small but in time it will improve I am now afraid to flex because that's how I hurt the left elbow so now I'm completely afraid of it

mmmmmm another issue after training I shake so much that most of the pics have this blurry feel to them yet I doubt Ill be able to change that soon as I keep pushing harder and harder


mmmm Belly is terrible but the shoulders are looking rounder and growing slightly upwards


Muscle thickness is still lagging but definition is definitely improving . . 

So tomorrow the new increased eating is starting I hope and then some cardio that belly is now starting to work on my nerves still smoking but all in good time . .

Yes it hurts . . .So back a week No problem

So its been an up and down week with some emotions not functioning and my drive not functioning at all levels but the training went well until tonight as Soon as I started with my Biceps My left elbow just stopped working and its very painful will seek intelligent advice tomorrow if it still hurts but training will only resume on Friday or Saturday at this rate its painfullllllll . . .


This was a quick pre-training Snap Took just to look if there is some definition whilst not being trained and it looks like there is some improvement


Wow loads of work to be done here 


An Snap Agony in action The bandage keeps its warm and some anti inflammatory meds try and stabilize the hurt not sure what happened but the elbow is not functioning properly will give it a few days to relax and then try it again. . .

No Smoking starts

So After an intense training session tonight I also decided that I think I should stop smoking today . . .Why today I'm not sure but there is no time like the current so lets go with that . . .Training went well except that I pulled a muscle in my left arm I did it before not seriously just sore a bit now but as the night goes on it will relax and be ready for tomorrow nights session. . . I'm almost sure like I said it happened before. . .


Yeah Flexing while the muscles are tired again seems to be a bit of a ask maybe next week the body will be reay to the weight again and do better but the shape is better needs loads more definition and obviously size


Some Sun will be great a real asset  . . .

yeah thats the hurt side need some tlc and a warm bath perhaps just to relax it a bit. . .


Living with some pain

Training is going well according to plan

Hi peeps well sorry for not posting over the weekend it was hectic, my boys visited and had some ailments which was sorted it was just very buy but the training still continued. . . So I am still no way close to saying with how much weight I train (Sue me I'm shy) but its going well I have started now after doing massive amounts of reps the past few weeks I do three exercises per body part and the whole body every day or at least ending at 4 session minimum a week. I either increase the reps per session or the weight every day pushing harder So last week I finished on doing 20 reps for most exercises and hence upped the weight. .

Now I'm back to doing twelve reps and will once again keep on pushing up to twenty reps and then up the weight again. . .and I must say that the results on the eye are really good and I feel great so it must be working I don't trust a scale at all but do check every now and then Im weighing in a poor 85kg's which will improve will with time but no fat this time. . .

I stick with the following basic exercises: (Just increasing the intensity and reps until I reach 20 then I increase the weight until I can only do 10 reps and work my way up to 20 again and then start again increase the weight etc actually very simple but it gets really tough now and then I will soon also start to implement a cardio session as well. . .

The Fore Arms are really putting out working hard every session its starting to show a little shape still not close to where I wish it to be but getting there

Slightly Tired here so flexing was an issue after last nights session but the definition is definitely showing


Right arm looks smaller than left here but its not I think its just slightly more tired but showing the beginning of some definition

 the shoulders is slowly starting to show themselves as soon as i get to the heavy weights again I think they will really start to show their muscle all in time I'm almost out of weight increases and will have to start making some plans soon but all in good time for the moment things are still all in tact . . .

and I still need a bench to get things going and I dream of a leg press and extension machine but all in the future

Yes another great week starts

Sorry I didn't post the last pics from Friday but training went well and I started off again tonight that's 3 weeks in a row now doing good heart rate is going well power is increasing slowly but steadily muscles are tightening for sure and overall wellness is in sight definitely things are shaping up. . .I am still saving for some more equipment though running out of weight soon and the bench issue is troublesome but time will provide me with those luxuries again soon. . .

Friday's Session


Yes Still struggling to let go of the nicotine but soon I am working it seriously and will have good news soon


the Biceps is really starting to work together left looks better than right mainly because my left hand cant take as good pics as my right hand can. . .


I also started writing a few motivational messages to aid in starting the training as I had a few occasions where starting was a bit difficult so don't laugh it might seem silly but when I'm struggling it really helps to just look through these few messages to finish with intensity. . .

hand Strength has almost doubled since I started again still far from where its supposed to be but getting better little by little day by day. . .


Biceps a little flat today but will start increasing its load to pull them up a bit more soon. . .


chest and shoulders are also looking up slightly remember these are still again early days but things are definitely moving along nicely shape and strength wise . .

Getting there slowly

So I wouldn't name any weights but I will let you guys by now know what I'm up to. I would say that my heart is catching up very slowly but there is a definite improvement of the fitness levels and I do understand I'm only in my third week. . .

So I am currently only doing One session now but are desiring a massive cardio session as well but will as soon as the finances permit it attain some cardio equipment and things will improve .

So I am doing a HST cycle and are staying on the 15's cycle until my heart rate is fine and I am sure that I am ready to fully start it off and get it done. . .

So that is what I do every day in an HST based program I do deviate slightly form the original HST plan and methodology. . .Next week I will also build some equipment in order to improve some of the weight I use and hopefully get more out of the training as the weight increase. . .

Yes the iron is starting to grow

So My peeps who also love the iron more than life itself, I must say that the results may not be as great as I would like but it is definitely turning into habit to go at it and the intensity is growing I am now doing two sets of each body part almost to complete use and HST is starting to show its promise again as it did long time ago and I should be getting a few cardio tools again soon just to boost the levels of growth and fat loss (Again the bellies still there) I haven't been on a scale in ages (I don't own one any more) nor do I own a mirror so the pics is all I have and its very hard to tell. . .Almost in a position to feel confident in posting weights again. . .and i think I will expand my session some more as the days continue onwards. . .


Another troubled space I have to urgently start looking at is those little fore arms looks very bad from this angle and that's bad, time to build a training machine that will kill the muscles and make them beg for mercy every day 


It seems that the biceps is starting to slightly thicken as days goes bye also please know that I dont expect miracles in such short times but Ill keep checking and pushing harder. . .


What Triceps ?


Poor Chest I have to get a bench solution very soon!! they are not used to such light weight


My overall shape is slightly improved only time and effort will tell the outcome . . .
