What a weird week I have trained well last week, but this week I am really concerned about my well-being. I forget my lunch every second day and the past two days I have been struggling with immense headaches, tiredness, drowsiness and Nausea.
My favourite things all mashed up in one so I will take a lay off from training until I feel hundreds again but man I am thinking either Low blood sugar, low blood pressure or hopefully I’m just coming down from some strange out of our planet illness. I’m not sure will keep you all posted please bear with me. I am really concerned in the mornings I feel fine if I have breakfast but here by lunch I feel drowned out and at the end of my span. And by night I feel frail as hell can’t concentrate my head feels like it’s going to explode and my face is swollen and I feel disorientated. I don’t know any ideas please send me posts on Facebook. I will get it checked out by my GP either tomorrow or Friday.
