New niggle more drive

Good evening peeps, well I must say I am rather frustrated with all the new little niggles happening in the muscles the past month maybe its the cold I'm not sure but its getting ridiculous I am going to have a long chat with my body tonight and try and iron out all the problems for long now. . .My shoulder is slowly recovering still not able to bench at all I guess I will have to rework my chest from humble beginnings again. . .but now its the traps again and a little inside the lats right hand side mostly. . . .from the pics you can see it a bit as it starts spasm'ing from compensating for the sore neck. . .


here you cant really see it as I suppose its a little internal but if I flex it it has a painful hard spot that pulls all the way into my brain so i am taking a couple of days off again until its completely sound. . . . 


See how the closer to the cam side is protruding way more and straining all the way up not a nice feeling so rest (Well I'm gonna start cardio tomorrow again in my wanna be off season just to feel like I'm at least doing something


On the off season side well things are still going well I am at the point where I am starting to struggle to eat full all day thats the goal lol

keep up the hardwork keep training and keep your plans in hand and keep at it get over the little hurts and push harder and more when you return thats all I'm currently thinking more and more and more

yeah getting there

So with the sickness I started slow tonight with minimal pressure on the air system (lungs) It felt amazing I am not quite sure if the shoulder will hold up there where a few moments where it felt strangely powerfull and other moments where it felt like snapping again. . .could be a possible mental issue but yeah power is still there endurance took a massive knock probably back 2 or 3 months with the lung and endurance capacity but me the washers will catch up soon, for now no cardio as everything starts off slowly to rebuild in the possible next three or four weeks. . .lets see


Vascularity returning on the first night slowly but getting in there


Gained some volume with the heavier diet but lost quite a bit of shape and not as tight as before


yeah the belly is starting to push out from the off season heavy weight protein and higher levels of fat Im taking in even doing a bit of sugars the past few weeks . . .yeah its gonna get chunky again soon as I start to switch between chicken and pork in the next few months in stead of the super dried chicken only. . .

but I feel smaller than ever must have been the flu' I am sure I will hopefully gain a 5-10 kilos before September when the mass diet starts to be ultra ripped by December lets see I want to no matter which weight but be ultra ripped by January 2014 and try and possibly see if I look good enough to do some novice competitions . . .

Desire to go further and move harder and harder

So about a week and a bit ago I was pushing new weights and driving myself harder than ever and man it was good and then i got the damn flu again but I must admit it might have just been what my body (shoulder and back needed to fully recover) I am feeling wholesome again and will hopefully be able to do some massive chest work again (please God let it be) so lets see as I start on the training avenue again tomorrow after a hectic relaxing almost 2 weeks off I can already feel that I am feeling better and stronger lung capacity picking up again. . .So yeah back to normal . . .

Biceps whilst not being trained for a while has lost some definition but gained some flab whilst I am still on a drive to eat more and more in the coming months . . .(you don't want to see my midsection)


This pics looks a bit stretched (being a designer it does bother me but it came of the camera like this so fitness hat on only) shoulders is still OK chest is so flat haven't been that flat in years 


Bi's and vascularity (man that must be a word) still looking Ok but now its time to maximize size and volume I want to get into a perfect shape relatively soon


and again biceps sorry that's all that still feels right for now but in the coming weeks I am almost certain things will start shaping up well again lets see . . .

little by little

So hello Iron peeps just to update you so far still I feel great its been the "don't quite know how many" session that went well hard a focused  except for still no benching pleasure I have to admit the muscle hardness is now quickly increasing and I should look stellar for the upcoming summer session(apart from the extra flab caused by the increased diet I think things are going as planned. . .

I will give you guys updates as things change and increase the weights are increasing well as well and I will give pound/kg breakdown soon again. . .

Still on the same 3 day HST based split I increase to 4 super sets per muscle group now instead of the previous 3 as my body got used to it. . .and the cardio is now longer as well. . .


Fore arms is looking better biceps is still rather flat on the outside but They are really being pushed every session so I am confident that they will start reacting very soon either bulk up properly or cut uniquely


back has lost some definition (Off Seasonal Diet) but the lats is spreading more now I must just add some more volume. . .


yeah here you can see the negative effect of increased diet stomach is pushing out quite well and there is still a week and three months of gaining left before I diet down again. . .

Also notice how my chest has now gone completely flat from not being able to bench or pressure it in any way sucks man hopefully only one month more then it must be fine . . .

Every day needs one day!

So it is great that I have a night off on the new training regime no cardio no sweat and yes I am already yearning for the chimes of weights grinding through the little muscles. . .I must admit I am addicted to the rush of blood and focused outlook. . .but my body is asking very softly for a little break so I decided to give it a little break tonight. . . What better time to start than on a new supplement cycle yeah take a night off. . .

So training is going extremely well all round except for chest I can now bench 40 (yes from 145 to 40) is a bit hectic I have lost loads of chest size but hopefully the tendons will be 100% soon. . .I am forced to do super slow reps just to get the muscles to work slightly and on set 4 or 5 the tendon starts giving in will progressively work around it still. . .It is hard to face the fact that possibly it might take up to six months before it is completely functional again but if it doesn't hurt then they can at least try and stay in motion. . .

So apart from that I hit my fore arm against the weights whilst training and got a nice little bump . . .So I said lets take a night to refocus get the concentration right and then work at it again so here I am the diet seems to be going well . . .I started to pick up some flab but then increased the cardio slightly and wow the flab has decreased again I feel slightly fuller and scale wise now sit on 85 kilo's still a couple to go way couple to go about 35 kilo's more lean mass. . .but all in good time and withing good measure. . .So I didn't take as much pics as I generally do firstly cause its cold and secondly cause I am picking up some flab and losing vascularity so in fear of looking like a complete novice . . .whilst I'm building up. . .but here is a few


yeah still needs loads of work but the density is still improving and there is a new surge of power in there as I incrementally increase the weight 


yes sorry chest has gone very flat as you can imagine from not being able to train effectively on chest but good times are coming the injury will heel and I will rebuild the chest


vascularity is decreasing as I pick up the flab just three months and a couple of weeks more 


Shoulders is lifting up slightly after the long lay off now its just the chest that needs to get in shape again come on time heal that little wound now . . .

So that is me again for now wont take pics until next week somewhere promise it is just too cold hopefully by the next post I will be able to bench a bit more the tendons are really niggle some and in fear of making it worst I work very carefully around it but apart from chest things are looking up the weight is coming up (I have to budget for more weight very soon) and all in all I feel good my fused back is working out now as well and should start looking better soon as well. . .So keep doing what you doing push yourself each day and make your dream body come to life . . .

Off season . . .

So my so called off season is in full swing eating probably twice or three times more than usual and I'm feeling the full effect (Pig Status) I have already picked up a flabby kilo in three days lol "cookies and cream" yeah

Not really just the mass flavor not real cookies and cream but yeah I gain quickly on high carbs still trying to keep it slightly in control I promise I have finally made it to the 20 minute mark on the cardio lol , yes its hard and I feel heavy and there is only another 3 months and 3 weeks to go . . .My shoulder acted up severely again as I am pushing heavier and heavier my chest is suffering immensely from the light weight I have to use for the rotator cuff problem. I still have a good vascular show but it will also diminish as the carbs start getting high lets see maybe I loose it and start doing hour and half cardio sessions. . .not soon four months . . .

So yeah training is going well except for chest already pushed a few boundaries and going well . . .I promised no pics but do have a few to show how quickly carbs take effect. . .


Current vascularity which shall probably go down a bit as I enter month two and three of the off season, lets see what happens I hope to ad a bit of volume every where before I start trimming down seriously again in the sweeter season September. . .


Belly already pushing out quite a bit (I promise I didn't accentuate it at all , but I can already feel the change in my body gaining some much needed volumizing. . .

So sorry for the rather fragmented update will be back in the coming days to update you on getting better and the more it changes as I get into the full swing of eating more and more reaching for the next goal. . .

BIG Update

Hello friends of the elicit training and fitness wanna be world I must admit I try every day as hard as I can to attain that status but relinquish to call myself anything but on-route or trying for I am not nearly where I want to be but will continue to want to be and continue to drive harder train better and eat more effectively so with that said my shoulder seems to be healing I Started with chest work (very light) and shoulder work (very light) to get them back on par and work at attaining the ultimate freakish physique some of us all wish to have. .

So It is now winter time and I finally made up my mind that I will go the off season route (not for indulgence please) but I will up my diet rather considerably to get back to a 95/100 Kg's I will however try and not post pictures of that as I despise the roll that comes with eating loads more but I see it as a dire requirement at this stage to pack on some extra pounds and gain some more strength. . . strength which has slowly started to plateau at my current dietary intake and workout regime. .

It does make life a little harder as I have to say goodbye to some beloved supplements and trade them in for some others all with a good cause for the next 6 months and then back to serious cutting again something I have begun to grow fond off . . .So in all things there has to be a plan so why have this blog not if to share my plan (and make me commit to it)

so the shoulder problem has put a little break on my gains (massive break) I was doing 145 Bench press and are now afraid of a meek 40 kilo's but all in time . . .

So I still train HST Based split over three days 1 day off three days again and one day off etc so there is not really a Monday workout or anything like that as the off days change because the session is 8 days in total.

I train as follows (I am just listing it quickly and will do a detailed report later on ) focusing on two separate parts one slow controlled 3 days (part of healing and providing the joints and support muscles to get stronger) and then 3 days super heavy (going as heavy as my body allows me to and keep upping it).

I will continue to do cardio pre workout on normal days and post workout on leg days. . .

So the two sessions Controlled/Heavy are in effect exactly the same but the weights and rep counts will differ as doing very controlled slow reps has a massive effect on the amount of reps one can do and doing heay weights on the other hands does have its limits. .Controlled I will do 4 sets 10-15 reps and Heavy I will do 6-10 reps for 3 sets in a drop set fashion.

Day 1 is leg & Trap day
Shruggs 3/4 Sets
Side raises with trap concentration 3/4 sets
Front Squat and Front Calve raises 3/4 Sets
Hack Squat and Hack Calve raises 3/4 Sets
Flat Squat (To the floor) 2/3 sets
Abs Chrunchies 3 Sets
Knee raises  3 sets
15 Minutes Cardio stepper

Day 2 Shoulder Biceps and back Day (Which is today! by the way)
Shoulder press 3/4 Sets
Chin ups 2/3 Sets
Shoulder stretches (I will provide more details in a next post)
Front Raises 2/3 Sets
Bicep Curls Bar 4/5 sets
Concentration curls 2/3 sets dumbbells
Hammer Curls 2/3 sets dumbbells
Lat flyes bar single load 3/4 sets
Bent over rows 3/4
Dead lifts 3/4 sets(Yeah I am aware of my back problems and will remain cautious)

Abs Chrunchies 3 Sets
Knee raises  3 sets
15 Minutes Cardio stepper

Day 3 Chest Tri's and Fore Arms
Bench Press 3/4 sets
Chest Flies 3/4 sets
Tri presses lying 3/4 sets
Back press tri's 3/4 sets
Wrist curls bar 3/4sets
Wrist curls dumbbells 3/4 sets
Wrist rotational lifts (home built machine) 2 sets

Abs Chrunchies 3 Sets
Knee raises  3 sets
15 Minutes Cardio stepper

Day 4 & 8
Cardio stepper 30 minutes.

So that is what I have in the arsenal for now it will obviously increase as the days go on but I will not change the routine around so much this time as I will be focusing on getting the joints support muscles and weight count up on all these and whilst eating like a pig for a while I will post loads less pics I promise. . .

So where am I now well I am weighing in at a wondrously light 84 kilo's as opposed to last year this time's +/- 100/105 kilo's I have to guess that I am at 8-15%  body fat which will obviously now go up to about 30-36% in the next 5-6 months depending on my intake and metabolism if I can keep it tight I might not gain so much fat but it happens. . .as for measurements sorry I still don't have a bloody measuring tape but will get one very soon before I cannot measure anymore from not dieting. . .

So here is the last few photos of me in pursuit of dieting I know I am stopping a bit pre-maturely but all in favor of getting all the joints back on track and in shape and aiding some much needed soulful rest to the mind on grinding out sweat at every chance I get ( I am sure I will continue with that have to maintain a healthy heart) So here is the last pics I have. . .


Yes I have lost loads of weight and volume lately and the shoulder injury effects can be clearly seen on the small little shoulders there shame man time to hot the weights super heavy again. . .


Chest has become very flat after being out of commission for almost 6 weeks now something to be remedied

Vascularity we'll look back at it in about 4 months as I start to de- diet and gear up for a massive dieting season again. . .


I guess lats suffered from the shoulder hurt the most as they were the first to be stopped from training


Well abs I hope your masters metabolism can keep you clear of too much hard work after this "off season" plan



I plan to increase triceps volume with very hard work coming up


Neck and back hasn't really been a problem for me ever but hey more volume everywhere is to be attained and here I have had the most injuries so far so its time to get all those support muscles here back into action and positive growth 


Damn (not the best shot) but my calves just started shaping up and now i am going to push way more nutrients for them to try and maintain stepping off every day. . .

All in all I feel good today making the choice to go for some mass again after working very hard the past year to drop it off  but I am only going into it for 6 months increasing my diet at least 3 fold (that is a lot) but lets see what the results are I plan on as usual keeping it sugar free and fat free but with the increase in eating it always have a bit of a negative side as well but I will work it off as summer starts to approach by the end of the year . . .Well that's me for now. . .May you all have a magical day onward and keep training keep track and remain safe
