I will give a diet update again in the next week as well as share my newest training update (Something I change loads of times. . .I Know. . .
So the past week showed some results but the coming week will be filled with even more and more as the intensity and weight increases. . .
So the biceps is getting along with some heavier weights and being cycled between hammer curls dumbbell curls and preacher curls and bar curls they are definitely feeling the pressure
Triceps is slowly starting to show that they would also be interested in putting out some size also being cycled between excercises
Shoulders is rounding a bit and man are they in for a surprise their cycling has just started and they are not that happy yet
Its hard to get a nice clear shot of the pecs actually showing how they have improved but yeah they are on the verge of running out of weight mmmm very difficult situation with them currently and again still no bench but all good time and faith. .
vascularity comes and goes yet the forearms regresses slightly I felt and from now will pay the price for their little reduction over-site
Again shoulder yeah its coming hang in there they will still wish they where never thrown into the new cycle. .
Ok Peeps well until a little later I will definitely share the new look training program soon and some dietary updates and hopefully some supplements again soon . . ..
