So My Training peeps just to get into perspective let’s see I work Full Time 7:30 - 17:30 in Which I have a 50 mins drive from work or home So I leave at 6:30 to be on time for 7:30 and I leave at 17:30 to be at home round about 18:15 or 30 depending on the weather and obviously traffic Now I have started an afterhours Design Firm with the hope of increasing my earning potential and I have 6 active blogs, so I spend some time with the kids and the lovely misses until 22:00 then I start working until round about 12-1 depending on the required output and every morning I get up to train but I just lack the energy I know why so I started slowly again the fitter you are the better you can handle this situation so why am I telling you my daily routine ?
Well to motivate you I have started a new little training routine to get back into action which I call my daily duties routine INTERESTED well what I do is I go around doing my duties but couple some exercises to it when I go at night to lock our front gate I do Pull ups as there is space next to the gate to do that when I check around the house I do my Biceps, Before I bath I do some sit ups and pushups whilst waiting for the water to fill up the bath, Whatever you do and whatever your schedule try and train within your means work around your situation. We are all born smart take what works for you and push it to the limit exercise your mind to get to know the tools of the trade and work with them (I hope I am listening to what I am writing as I sometimes don’t follow my own advise)
So from today onwards I will go full steam again (I am very unfit) and the weight has dropped off so I can start bulking training again without the fatty foods. So for the next few join me as I go in deep I will share with you all my emotions that affects my training the late nights the early mornings the cant get ups and the real dirt of it all follow me for the next few days and let’s see if I can get my fat ass back into proper shape and my muscles exploding in size again I look forward to our new journey
