Training not yet commenced

Hello Guys I make a pledge that I will start Next week with my training. All that’s happening is just one too many at the moment. Let me give you a short run down of my average day, I start the morning at 4:30 and get ready. I leave my house 5:20 and get to the office at 5:45 Commence work until about 18:30 and then return home. I then reach 2kms away from my house at about 19:00 – 19:30 depending on traffic and the time we left the office then I do a 2 Km walk with my bloody ingrown toe which takes another 30mins or hour depending on the amount of pressure in my toe and reach home at 19:45-20:00. What a day yeah then I go park on the couch quickly spend (too little) time with the kids until they go sleep normally at 21:00 the baby only goes at 21:30-22:00 by then I am paste I have been working then for ten or twelve hours and travelled the rest of the time so I fall asleep un-wantingly but rather otherwise I won’t get up the next morning.

Then my big toe is so sore that I can even walk on that side I have a terrible ingrown toenail for almost two months now

An ingrown toenail is a painful condition of the toe. It occurs when a sharp corner of the toenail digs into the skin at the end of or side of the toe. Pain and inflammation at the spot where the nail curls into the skin occurs first. Later, the inflamed area can begin to grow extra tissue or drain yellowish fluid.

• If left untreated, an ingrown toenail can progress to an infection or even an abscess that requires surgical treatment.
• Ingrown toenails are common in adults but uncommon in children and infants. They are more common in men than in women. Teenagers and young adults are most at risk.
• Any toenail can become ingrown, but the condition is usually found in the big toe

I was going to get it surgically fixed today but I can’t take off work today as the supervisor won’t be her e and I need to make sure everything happens in this place again (I do that most of the time in any case[LOL]) but OK so now I am planning for tomorrow My boss said its fine for tomorrow . I am not sure how long it will take to heal all they do is cut all the skin from my toenail to the edge off so that the nail is on the outside of my toe (That’s a big chunk in my toes case) but let’s hope it will be the end of my constant battle with these bloody toes so then after staying of the sore foot then for tomorrow and Saturday and hopefully my hand is hundreds by then I will start to train upper body on Sunday and hopefully have something to show you guys please check in on Monday night (SA time) and I assure you I will have some nice pictures and descriptions of my new training techniques I have studied in this while whilst not training.

Hand Down

So I didn’t train the hand is really a issue but it has come right quite nicely now The tow is still a bit of a issue but I will hopeful get transport before the end of this week and hopefully I will then be able to get back to a normal schedule (It’s been a while) But yeah so life is starting to get ready Again well have to see I will see if I can get a Picture of my Toe for you tonight , and hopefully I can sneak a training session in the morning (Oh I hope So) otherwise I have very good plans for my 20th return Now so watch this space it will be good tomorrow we are going to do the bicep crusher Superset training Session.

Training for this week

I started training and I did an awesome shoulder workout so far, unfortunately I hurt my hand, yesterday whilst doing some maintenance work in the house it’s not really that swollen or blue but it really hurts. I was fastening some pipes in the bathroom and the wrench slipped and I knocked my hand on the bath side flat on the face side the bottom two fingers are sore to move but OK I am going to try and train Biceps tonight will see if the hand holds Up with some pressure. So What I plan to do tonight is 5 sets of bicep dumbbells curls with 44(20Kgs) pounds a side building up to 66 (30Kgs) pounds in increments of 2 and then I am going to do some triceps working same idea (If hand holds up) starting with 5 sets of Tri presses with 33 Pounds (15Kgs) and then increments of 1kg side up to 44 Pounds (20Kgs) I know its light but hey I am only getting back into it now so cut me some slack yeah tomorrow I will update you on the hand and the training.

Picture shows the swelling starting on the inside and on the outside weird I hit it on the other side and then the little bit of blue Well I can move the fingers so then at least nothings broken. But its really sore but no worries no stopping the training

Body size wise

Hello guys so after a long weekend of eating too good and not thinking of the impact at all I write to you today I have to get transport today so hopefully I can get the training back to 300% I am doing my best like I said last time the size I have lost and the weight I have gained. Today I have proof My belly is very big lately I haven’t picked up and ounce of weight but just size I guess what you lose in muscle density you gain in flab well this is my main concern at the current moment just look at it

Then my Biceps has also shrunken down to almost nothingness and that my friends is unacceptable I am going to leave you with these pics as I get my mind straight and sorted to get these things back to something ASAP I post the pictures to you all as a sort of enforcement I want to show all my followers the progress not the regress and the regress makes me angry and fuels my spirit to do more and train again

Well hello Body Freaks

I have decided and I hope it is a good thing That I will amount to greatness no matter my age and my body or intelligence I will without fail amount to an extreme level of greatness just because I can. Well I hope all of you who follow this blog or any of the others feel the same

So on the training side I still can’t breathe but it is better I am feeling that my power and will is returning throughout I have been very depressed lately and will still be even more depressed but it will not beat me down I will always be OK and I will train with more conviction than ever before as soon as my lung capacity is back I did start with some cardio Boxing work I boxed the bag for about 15-20mins man not bad I was really working it but then it got my hands.


No rest for the wicked I want to do a boxing session every day from now on and then train heavy right afterwards. Watch this space for some more pics and info coming soon
